Choosing the right person to inspect your home can be difficult. You've probably been referred to me by your lawyer, a trusted friend, or one of my former clients. Unlike most professions, you probably will not get to meet me until after you hire me. Furthermore, different inspectors have varying skills, reporting methods, and pricing. One thing for sure is that a home examination requires a lot of work. Ultimately a good inspection depends heavily on the individual inspector's own effort. If you permit me to inspect your new home I guarantee that I will give you my best effort. You have my word on it.
