Looking for references for a Connecticut or NY Home Inspector? Here are some unsolicited comments from clients regarding their Allied house or condo inspection....
Allied Home Inspections:
I would just like to thank you for a wonderful home inspection. This is a process we are not very familiar with and you did such a wonderful job. Buying a home is a costly purchase, as well as a confusing one. You were very through and explained every detail to us. It was nice to know that you were a neutral party and were not intimidated by our realtor and had our best interest at heart. We ended up not buying the house you inspected and when we do put an offer on another house we will be contacting you again to inspect that home.
We did get estimates from other companies. We chose you because we felt that a big company would not spend the time and effort that you did. We have heard horror stories of friends and family members that have bought houses with inspections from other companies that only end up with headaches and regrets. As the old saying goes "you get what you pay for".
Thank you for a wonderful, thorough and neutral inspection. We will DEFINITELY be using you in the near future as soon as we find another house that we love.

Thank you! Wasn’t sure what to expect from the inspection process as this was my first but have to tell you I was blown away. You literally looked at every inch of that house (inside and out) and took the time to explain what you were looking for and why. When you found items that didn’t add up you took the time to do some trouble-shooting to try and find an explanation rather than just note it and move on. Although we found items that I would have preferred we didn’t, obviously much better to find them now and require the seller correct them on their dime. Hopefully the seller will agree to make the repairs but if not and I have to continue my search I will be definitely be using your services again.

Dear Tom,
Due to your professionalism and attention to detail during our home inspection we were able to negotiate a fifteen thousand dollar ($15,000.00) reduction on the purchase price of our new home.
