I would just like to thank you for a wonderful home inspection. This is a process we are not very familiar with and you did such a wonderful job. Buying a home is a costly purchase, as well as a confusing one. You were very through and explained every detail to us. It was nice to know that you were a neutral party and were not intimidated by our realtor and had our best interest at heart. We ended up not buying the house you inspected and when we do put an offer on another house we will be contacting you again to inspect that home.

We did get estimates from other companies. We chose you because we felt that a big company would not spend the time and effort that you did. We have heard horror stories of friends and family members that have bought houses with inspections from other companies that only end up with headaches and regrets. As the old saying goes "you get what you pay for".
